I record a private video of myself reviewing your footage in real time, calling out visible red and yellow flags, unknowns, and areas that deserve closer attention before making an offer. This service is designed to provide quick clarity and risk awareness — not a formal inspection or written report.
Best for: quick gut checks before writing an offer.
Risk + Priority Review – $189
Everything included in the Video Risk Snapshot, plus clearer direction on what matters most. In addition to the recorded video review, I summarize key takeaways by identifying priority concerns, distinguishing between deal risks, manageable issues, and cosmetic items. You’ll receive a short follow-up email recap highlighting the most important next steps.
Best for: buyers who want guidance, not just observations
Guided Walkthrough Consult – $199
A more interactive property risk review with the option of a live video consultation or an in-depth recorded review. We discuss your specific questions, offer strategy considerations, and where to focus your due diligence. You’ll receive a recorded video recap, along with the added benefit of real-time clarification and conversation. (Live consults are limited to 30 minutes). Availability may depend on property location and cellular/data service conditions.

As a company, Alliance Pro Inspections, LLC completes thousands of homes inspections annually.
